Share
Introducing our unique gua sha-shaped soap bar: an organic cleansing tool designed to sculpt, tone, and release tension while cleansing. We know that while many would love to incorporate gua sha into their daily routines, time or energy can often get in the way. Our soap bar makes it easy—allowing you to cleanse and sculpt at the same time. Now, you can enjoy the benefits of gua sha and a refreshing facial wash, all in a few minutes. It’s self-care made effortless!
Instructions:
1. Start with a clean face- wet your bar and lather until there are bubbles and soap on your hand. Cleanse your face first with the lather you created.
2. Prep- lather your bar under water again. Then rub the soap and a little water on your face to create a smooth surface for your gua sha to glide on (what you would normally do with oils and a regular gua sha)
3. Hold your tool correctly- a common mistake people make when performing Gua Sha is holding the tool at the wrong angle. For the best results we recommend holding the bar at a 30-45 degree angle connected to the skin with light to medium pressure. Use lighter pressure for puffiness and a firmer pressure to relax your muscles.
4. Perform Gua Sha- Here are some tips to performing Gua Sha
- Neck- place the long edge of the tool on the skin and make upward movements.
- Jaw- using the double notched edge of the tool, start at the center of your chin, move along the jawline until the base of your ear, and repeat on the opposite side.
- Cheeks- Place the long edge of the tool and drag slowly upward part your cheekbone to right before reaching your ear. Repeat on the opposite side.
- Forehead- drag the long edge of the tool up from the top of your eyebrow towards the top of the forehead. Repeat on the other side.
5. Cleanse face with water until there is no longer soap.
